Please note that all steps are subject to updates including but not limited to: Rewording, reordering, addition and subtraction. (We like a little math with our RP )
1. Contact a guild officer. (Xyl'an, Ak'ron, Rieth)
Note - If no officer is currently on line send one or more an in-game mail, just let us know who you are contacting so that we don't all jump on you the next time we are on.
2. Join guild at the "Prospect" level.
3. Post a character sheet within 7 days of invitation. If this time limit is not met, you will be dismissed. (This doesn't need to be very extensive, nor in depth. But try to be as complete as possible.)
4. Attend your invitation RP event. (If there are scheduling issues or what looks to be a very long waiting period from approval to when it can be scheduled then this can be either waived or done after the invite has been given)
5. Enjoy your new guild! (Obviously this is the goal of the whole process and we look forward to reaching this step.)
Please have some patience with us as we will have with you. Everyone has things going on that are not part of the game that can delay the process. If you feel that things are not going as you would like or are taking too long, don't be shy about politely asking an officer for a status report on your application.
We will never ask you to remake your character, however, if you find that you are not happy with what you have put down let us know so that we can be sure that things are properly updated. We all want to be petting the same dog/cat/bird/rock after all.
