Okay, the steps for Guild invitation and our stance on the Alt policy:
Initial Invite:
The steps you must complete to initially be invited to GC are first you must complete and post a character sheet, they are found in the IC Personnel Files section. After your sheet is reviewed the officers will have a question and answer session with the Player about the character. The more outlandish you try to make the character the rougher this session will be.
No one in GC will ever ask anyone to remake a character. But if at the end of your QandA session we don't feel like the character makes sense or is not a good fit for this guild, you will be told so at this time and dismissed. If you rebuild your character you are MORE than welcome to try again! If it makes sense and almost everything lines up, you will receive a green light for the next step!
Finally is an IC interview. Jedi will be interviewed by the Jedi General, the Ground Commander will interview Troopers and Smugglers.
At the pass of this interview if questions arise about your character through some IC action, we will again ask a few questions just to get clarification. When this is over, you will be accepted into GC. WELCOME!
Alts:
Sometimes something that is fun is TWICE as fun if you bring another of your characters! Once someone has a toon in the guild alt entrance is easier, though not instant. You will move immediately to IC interview with alts. We will ask a brief QandA and then you will be welcomed in. HOWEVER, it is important that you complete and put a character sheet up. We will give a reasonable amount of time after guild invite to have the character sheet completed, but if that time is not met, the alt will be removed from the guild.
